It was enjoyable to watch your fellows install our new WaterFurnace unit.

We found them to be very competent and conscientious about making sure the install was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

I was particularly impressed with Joel. I’m not sure if he has an official supervisory role. I noticed that while Tanner was away, he sure did keep the guys focused. He seemed to be able to very competently accomplish his job while simultaneously being able to spot issues where the other men were working.

Additionally, I witnessed several times that Joel offered effective mentorship. He seems to have a knack for teaching other folks valuable skillsets. He’d offer suggestions and watch as the younger guys would learn by doing.
