After speaking with a technician, we agreed to have a repair started first thing this morning. He ensured me that the office would call me first thing this morning, didn’t happen. I called the office, and Kelly advised me it would be weeks before anything was done. I told her about my conversation with her company yesterday, and she said “he doesn’t know.” As a customer, and someone who is works in the service industry myself, this is not how you handle internal issues. After explaining to her the case, again. Her response was of no help, no advice, other than you’ll have to wait weeks. So you really expect me to go for weeks with no A/C in my home? After someone in your company has already promised services the next day? I waited all night with no A/C, fully expecting to have my repairs done today. Precision, I will no longer recommend nor use your services. I am very glad that this happened before I purchased my new geothermal unit from you all!
