Precision Air, under the direction of Tony and family, is a great company and a leader in Geothermal hvac.
His team did a great job running duct and installing a Water Furnace brand Geothermal system in my new home 2009.
Precisions professional install of Geo and my builders top notch skills qualified my home as an energy Star 5 home as my monthly energy bill reflects.
14 yrs later the system is getting the job done and is super efficient.
Recently, Ryan a service tech with Precision performed semiannual service on the unit and showed up on time and did a thorough job.
So glad I partnered with this great company so many years ago.
precision has been taking care of my hvac needs since we moved to this new house. they're very professional and keep me updated on what's being done and what's needed. they don't go over the top and work with my budget on things that can wait vs things of necessity. very happy to have them in my corner !
Precision air installed a geothermal heat pump for us 15 years ago and the service has been consistent and timely. Good value for the money.
We have done business with Precision Air for about seven years now, including purchasing the replacement HVAC system for our condo from them and now getting regular service twice a year. They are very attentive to us. When there is a question or issue, the techs and the folks in the office work as a team to make it right. They may not have the cheapest specials in the business, but they consistently behave with fairness and transparency, and they can explain what the charges are for.

A/C was down a few months ago, nobody answered the phone after hours and answering machine was full. Had to contact another service.

Precision Air measures up to the high standards they set for their business. I endorse their company on Midday 180 on 1045 The Zone, but only because I’m also a paying customer completely satisfied with their great work. They keep us comfortable in our home, the technician (most recently, Kyle) is knowledgeable, friendly, non-commissioned and doesn’t sell things we don’t need. They are honest and ethical, but most importantly they do great work in keeping my HVAC units working properly during the changing seasons. They’ve been in business locally since 1993 for a reason. I fully put my name behind the quality of their business and work.
We had Precision Air come out and service both of our units that they installed several years back. Kyle did a great job of diagnosing a problem we had been having with the heat in one of the units. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly even using pictures to show what he had done and what was causing our problem. Precision Air was recommended to us years ago by someone else and we have and will continue to recommend them to others.

I received excellent service from Precision Air! Anthony came by to quote on a Sunday afternoon and was able to install on Monday. The installation crew was very knowledgeable and efficient in a tough attic removal and installation.
I've been a customer for a few years now subscribing to a service plan and I have always been impressed. However I'm not one who normally stops and writes a review, but this last time Precision Air went above and beyond and displayed a level of service and professionalism that far exceeds even the wildest of expectations. I know there are a lot of companies out there offering what seems like everything under the sun and then some - but kudos to Precision Air for delivering in a manner that should make every member of their team proud - and every customer of theirs proud as well. Well Done!
After speaking with a technician, we agreed to have a repair started first thing this morning. He ensured me that the office would call me first thing this morning, didn’t happen. I called the office, and Kelly advised me it would be weeks before anything was done. I told her about my conversation with her company yesterday, and she said “he doesn’t know.” As a customer, and someone who is works in the service industry myself, this is not how you handle internal issues. After explaining to her the case, again. Her response was of no help, no advice, other than you’ll have to wait weeks. So you really expect me to go for weeks with no A/C in my home? After someone in your company has already promised services the next day? I waited all night with no A/C, fully expecting to have my repairs done today. Precision, I will no longer recommend nor use your services. I am very glad that this happened before I purchased my new geothermal unit from you all!
Our A/C has been out for 3 weeks, 6 service attempts by Precision and due to them rigging the Emergency shut off sensor has flooded the ceiling 3 time
Our A/C has been out for 3 weeks, 6 service attempts by Precision and due to them rigging the Emergency shut off sensor has flooded the ceiling 3 times. They have replaced the coil, and other parts, but it has never worked longer than 12 hours at a time. When the technician decided to add a block of wood in the pan to not allow for the sensor to get wet andx shut down the system if overflowed the water dripped heavily through our ceiling causing my wifes makeup to be destroyed (est. $300 worth) and caused the ceiling which had signs of the same flood happening at a prior time, to expand the damaged area by 3-4 times the size and caused a foul smell.
I brought this up to Precision Air and the rep responded "wasn't there already damage in that area?'" which is not at all the issue, the damaged personal items and the odor were not addressed.
I spoke with the owner who agreed that was not handled well on their part and assured me they would take care of it.
We are renters, so then, our landlord said that Precision Air complained about us and that we were not allowed to talk to anyone from their company and he showed up with the same tech to fix it again.... by rigging the sensor,.... which flooded the ceiling.
We made all parties involved aware and are still... 3 weeks later.... without AC
Got to hand it to Precision Air! They came through when several of their competitors didn't even bother to follow up with us. Tony did a great job checking everything out and getting an estimate back within a day. Their installation team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. Can't recommend them enough!
We are so thankful to the folks at Precision Air for the excellent service and the time they spent to educate us about the HVAC challenges we had and the solutions available to us -- even helping us try the least difficult/costly approach first. Their service is beyond anything I have seen in a very long time. Their guys have all the experience to solve complex problems creatively. Great folks!
Precision Air is such a great company. We have used them several times. They are great on the phone and in person. Today Clayton came to fix our A/C and he was polite and helpful in explaining things to me.
